Students completing a degree in Society, Culture, and Environment have been employed as: teachers, curriculum developers, business planners, financial advisors, youth workers and more.
Employers include organizations such as Grand Erie District School Board, YMCA, Fairmont Hotels and Resources, BMW Canada, the March of Dimes, Wells Fargo Financial, Ministry of Attorney General, United Way, TD Canada Trust, Scotiabank, Rogers Communications, and Cooperators Insurance.
We have had a number of former students pursue graduate degrees in law, social work, history, English, philosophy, environmental studies, politics, and religion and culture.
Laurier Brantford also has a Master of Arts (MA) program in Social Justice and Community Engagement (SJCE). Through an applied focus at the local scale, the program is committed to engaged scholarship informed by critical social justice/environmental justice theories and approaches.
