Request for Re-registration Form

Complete this form to request re-registration at Laurier if you are a student at the Waterloo or Brantford Campus. Please note, as of Sept. 1, 2023, there is a non-refundable fee of $56 to request re-registration at Laurier.

This form is necessary for students who have had a lapse in registration of 18 months or greater or have attended another postsecondary institution since their last registration at Laurier.

If you have not registered in any Laurier course for a period of 18 or more consecutive months, the academic regulations in effect at the time of re-entry to the academic program apply. 

If you are returning to Laurier after an absence of 18 months or more, you must register in the general Bachelor of Arts program without designation, unless you meet the requirements for a specific honours program.  

This form may take up to 14 business days to be processed. You will be contacted once you are able to access LORIS.
