• Business Technology Management (BBTM)
• Social Work (BSW)
• Sussex BA/LLB & BSc/LLB programs
• Public Safety – 2-Year Advanced Standing online program (BA) 

The deadline to submit this form for a fall term start is May 1. To transfer into a program that is not listed above, please refer to Changing Undergraduate Programs. 

Your request will be considered by the committee(s) once winter term grades are official. You will receive an email notification to your Laurier email account once a decision has been made.
