Once you apply to graduate, you'll be sent further information about the scheduled ceremony event.
Frequently check your mylaurier inbox for important information from the Graduation and Convocation Planning Team for your next steps. You'll receive an invite to your ceremony and instructions on how to claim tickets. You can also consult our Convocation ceremony checklist.
Degrees are presented at your convocation ceremony or available after convocation.

If you cannot attend the ceremony in person, you can stream the ceremony on Laurier Live.
Yearbook and Class Composite photos are managed by WLU Student Publications. Please contact them directly with inquiries
Candid ceremony photography will be posted on Flickr in the days following the ceremony.
Not all ceremonies will have a photographer present for candid photos. Graduates and guests are encouraged to attend the post ceremony reception and utilize one of the many photo displays provided to capture the special day.

Our spring 2025 convocation ceremonies will take place June 3 in Brantford and June 9-13 in Waterloo.
Students who have applied to graduate can expect an invitation to their @mylaurier.ca email during early spring 2025 for their ceremony.
