Locations and Hours

• Hawk Hub (formerly The Hub) is located in the concourse on the Waterloo campus by the Hawk Shop and Starbucks. 
  
  • New! Winter 2026 Hours: Monday & Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
    Tuesday & Wednesday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Closed weekends, holidays and reading week unless otherwise posted.
  • Open each academic year from September to April. Hawk Hub will be closing for the summer after Friday, April 24, 2026.
    
    
• Hawk Print (formerly Laurier Printing Services) is located at 230 Regina St. N. on the Waterloo campus. 
  • Open Monday to Friday for pick-up between the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Note: Hawk Print will be closed Thursday, April 30, 2026 and Friday, May 1, 2026.
  • We are also closed on weekends and during university holidays. 
    
    
• For Brantford and Milton students, pick-up is available from the Hawk Express parcel lockers.

During holiday closures and reading week, use the self-serve PrintMe copiers on campus.

Need a Poster? 

• For small posters visit Hawk Hub. For large posters, order online at Hawk Print. Note: if your poster project or conference poster is funded order here and include the course name, professor and index if available.

After-Hours Printing

For convenient printing and copying after hours you have the option of using the many Ricoh copiers on campus.

Self-serve printing is easy to use. PrintMe is available on Ricoh copiers in the Library, ICT Labs and on the public access copiers around campus. See Laurier interactive maps for copier locations - look for Printing Services under "Services".

Save time (instead of using Web Print), download and install the print driver directly to your device

Follow the on-screen instructions. Once installed, you can print from application(s) on your device (no need to select a printer). Then simply walk to the nearest Ricoh copier and tap your OneCard or enter your Laurier username and password on the touch screen to release your print jobs.

Hawk Hub can also print your documents and have them ready for when you would like to pick them up. Email your files with instructions and due date to hawkhub@wlu.ca.
