Campus Transfer Request Form

This form is to be used by Laurier undergraduate students requesting a transfer to:

  • the Waterloo campus, or
  • the Brantford campus, or
  • The Milton campus (entering Year 2 of Computer Science or Psychology only), or
  • the Online campus
    • NOTE: This is to request a program in the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences that is offered exclusively online.

In order to be considered for a campus transfer, the following requirements must be met:

  • A minimum of 4.0 credits completed at Laurier.
  • Currently holding a minimum overall GPA of 4.00.
  • Faculty of Science, any campus: completion of mandatory junior foundational courses in the discipline, and a 5.0 minimum GPA in the major.
  • Other factors, such as space and availability may factor in to the decision, at the discretion of the faculty.

Final grades are necessary for an evaluation of enrolment in the program requested and high school prerequisites must be met. Familiarize yourself with Changing Undergraduate Programs prior to completing this form.

Transfer Credits:

If you received transfer credits for studies completed before attending Laurier and you change your program of study, your transfer credit assessment may be eligible to change as well. Once your program of study has updated on your MyDegree and LORIS account, email transfercredit@wlu.ca to advise of this change and start the transfer credit reassessment process.
