Food, mood, and learning are all closely linked, but when you're short on time and money it can be difficult to meal plan and prep for success. This workshop will provide you with practical strategies you can start using immediately to overcome common barriers to nutrition as a student so you can keep your body fuelled and brain sharp! This workshop is led by Sarah, Wellness Education Coordinator on the Brantford campus.
This is a multi-campus online workshop, and it counts toward the Wellness Education Certificate.
