Global Engagement and Exchanges

Outbound Exchange Opportunities for Fall 2021

Updated April 29, 2021.

We have made the difficult decision to cancel outbound international exchange for the fall 2021 term. The health and safety of our students is of utmost importance and, following the counsel provided by Health Canada, Global Affairs Canada and Canada Travel, we determined this was the best decision.

We recognize the disappointment and challenge this decision presents for our students, exchange partners and community. Laurier International will continue to work closely with all impacted students to provide personalized counsel.

Find Support Virtually

The Global Engagement team will continue to host virtual programming and events throughout winter semester. Even though student mobility has been impacted by travel restrictions, there are still opportunities to expand your intercultural learning through our International at Home programming.

We also encourage you to meet virtually with a Global Engagement Student Ambassador (GESA) to discuss more ways you can be globally engaged.
