Laurier Library

Once upon a time, university libraries were about one thing and one thing only: book learning, and lots of it. But in the 21st century, learning takes place across a wide range of media both traditional (yes, we still love books!) and digital.

The 21st-century library is a place to access community and interact with information across all media – from books and journal articles to exhibits and performances. Check out Laurier's Library Makerspace and join a community of makers who enjoy chasing curiosities in coding, photography, 3D design and printing, sewing and more.

We are a hub of academic research, with expert librarians to guide you, a vast collection of scholarly resources to inform you, and hundreds of study spaces to support you.

We are also a hive of community and experiential learning, with a lively program of gallery exhibits and a thriving culture series featuring concerts, plays, and workshops designed to rejuvenate, inspire, and challenge you to see the world with fresh eyes and an open heart.

Visit the library, and learn more about how we can help you have the best-possible experience as a Golden Hawk – academically and beyond.
