Anxiety has us living in the future, depressive thoughts have us living in our past, and mindfulness is the practice of living in our present moment. The goal of these classes is to practice useful meditation & mindfulness skills to lower experiences of anxiety, depression & stress. S
ome of the topics we will cover in our class include breathing techniques for relaxation and focus, guided imagery meditation, progressive muscle relaxation to reduce stress and induce sleep, and loving kindness meditations for self-compassion. You don’t need to bring anything to class, come as you are.
