The 2019 Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) Doctoral Scholarships and Fellowships have officially been announced, with eight Laurier doctoral students selected as recipients. This competition supports accomplished students in doctoral programs in the social sciences and humanities. The support allows scholars to fully focus on their doctoral studies, to seek out the best research mentors in their chosen fields and to contribute to the Canadian research ecosystem during and beyond the tenure of their awards.
The following selected Laurier students will receive funding.
