Check out our newly created video tutorials to guide you through the step-by-step process of accessing your accommodations using Accessible Learning Online. This includes information on how to activate your accommodations, how to request note taking support, and how to book your test/exams.

Please note: students from Waterloo or Brantford can attend either campuses Zoom drop-in support.
What will happen when I click on the link at the scheduled time? Students will be let into the Zoom meeting by an ALC staff or volunteer. Please consider that the staff may be working with another student, requiring you to wait in the Zoom waiting room. For confidentiality, ALC staff will work with one student at a time. Once you have been granted admittance into the Zoom meeting, you will have 10-15 minutes to chat and pose any questions you have. We will do our best to get to everyone who drops in. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
ALC Zoom drop-in support is available for ALC registered students who are looking for support in navigating their accommodations or who just want to chat. You can drop in to ask questions about the following:
- Learn about Accessible Learning Online, the platform the ALC uses to facilitate and implement academic accommodations.
- Learn how to use Accessible Learning Online including how to access your profile, request accommodations and book exams.
- Learn how to access note-taking services and how to request e-texts.
- Meet the ALC staff and the peer support team.

Sarah, a member of the Brantford Peer Support Team is available to assist you in creating a term plan to assist with your time management and term organization. Please note that while this is drop-in support, she will work with only one student at a time, so you may be required to wait in the Zoom waiting room until she is available to meet with you. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
