City of Waterloo parking ban

Attention all Waterloo students:

The City of Waterloo has declared a snow event and a street parking ban that took effect as of noon on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2025 for 24 hours. For more information, visit the City of Waterloo.

Laurier has opened Lots 36 and 48 to students without parking permits during the duration of the parking ban.

Lot 36 is located on Lodge St. (across from 202 Regina St.) and Lot 48 is located behind the parking lot at 202 Regina St. For reference, visit the Laurier campus map.

If applicable, we encourage you to move your cars off the roads as soon as possible before the parking ban begins.
