The Laurier Library is pleased to announce that its Brantford location is now up and running on the first floor of Grand River Hall in the former Digital Library and Learning Commons space. Library users can now access resources (books, games and education kits), a Hawk locker to pick up book requests, study space, and helpful staff ready to assist between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
The milestone marks the completion of phase one of the Laurier Library Brantford project, with a second phase expected to be completed over the summer. Consult the
Laurier Library Brantford project webpage for the full project overview.
Please note that all Laurier Library books borrowed by Brantford campus students, faculty and staff should now be picked up and returned to the library’s Grand River Hall location. The university extends its sincere thanks to the Brantford Public Library for its longstanding partnership and support. Additional information about reciprocal borrowing arrangements with the Brantford Public Library will be shared soon.
