A rigorous development of calculus. Topics include sequences, series, convergence, limits, continuity, differentiability, and the Riemann integral.

MA121 and MA103.

Calculators
Students may only use the approved scientific calculator, Casio FX-300MS Plus, on course tests and the final examination. No other calculator is allowed.

Evaluation
A final mark out of 100 will be calculated as follows:
- Labs/Tutorials: 14%
- Assignments: 16%
- Midterm Exam (Monday, June 17, 2019 from 11:30 a.m. - 12:55 p.m.): 25%
- Final Exam (Cumulative, 2.5 hours; exact date, time and location to be announced): 45%
Students must achieve a score of at least 40% of the marks available on the final examination to be eligible to pass the course. The final mark will be reported as a letter grade in accordance with the conversion table of the current undergraduate calendar.
