Bachelor of Social Work Override Form

This form is for students who are requesting a campus, prerequisite, cohort or year-level override for Bachelor of Social Work in the Faculty of Social Work. 

Note: The completion of this form does not guarantee entry into a course. You are required to complete a separate form for each request.

Each request will be considered by the Bachelor of Social Work Associate Dean. During the fall and winter semesters, this form will not be processed until two weeks before the class begins in order to ensure students who require the course for graduation have registered. 

Requests for cohort override will be processed in mid-August to determine if there are seats in sections.
