Letter of Permission

Complete this form if you are an undergraduate student on the Waterloo or Brantford campus and wish to take courses at another university.

 Milton Campus:

 As our Milton campus is getting ready to accept its first cohort of students this Fall 2024, the current course availability is geared toward first-year students and programming is meant to grow with this cohort as we expand our student and academic services. This means Letter of Permissions are not expected at Milton until the Spring 2025 term/Fall 2025 term.
