Waterloo campus: the OneCard office is located in Arts building in the lower concourse near the Bookstore.
Brantford campus: The Hub is located in the Research and Academic Centre, East Wing.

The OneCard office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
