If you are interested in completing a professional writing minor, consider taking DMJN101 as an elective.

You can take YC200 as an optional program requirement.
This program offers a partnership with Conestoga College, where you can complete a postgraduate certificate in Human Resources Management, Management in Community Services, Event Management, Project Management or Career Development Professional alongside your degree within 4 years. If interested, take OL140 as an elective.
You can declare a specialization in International Development at the end of your first year. If interested, take HR163 (winter) and consider taking EC140 (although it is recommended to take EC140 in your second year, once you have taken HR163).
You can complete an undergraduate certificate in Non-Profit Career Foundations. If interested, take OL140 this year, as well as DMJN101 (a prerequisite for DMJN252, a future course in the certificate).

Take HR260, HR261, OL233, and other 200 or 300 level HR courses of your choice.

This program must be completed in combination with another honours discipline. Refer to your other major’s program requirements to complete your registration.
Consider taking ID100 as it can be used as an optional requirement for this program.

Register in ID120 (fall) and a combination of ID205, ID227, ID301, ID302, or ID309 in the winter term.
You can consider taking HR355, as it can count toward your program requirements.

To earn an Honours Degree, you will need to complete 20.0 credits:
If you are studying part-time, you can take up to 1.5 credits per term. Full-time status is given to students who take 2.0 or 2.5 credits per term.
If you select 2.5 credits in the fall term and 2.5 credits in the winter term, you can complete an Honours Degree in four years.
