Retail Services

Laurier has several retail outlets where you can purchase bus tickets, pick up snacks between lectures, deck yourself in Laurier gear and more!

Bookstore

The Hawk Shop, formerly the Laurier Bookstore and Stedman Community Bookstore, is the exclusive supplier of all branded Laurier and Golden Hawk merchandise.

Techshop/Hub

Get outfitted with the latest technology by visiting the tech section in the Hawk Shop in Waterloo or The Hub in Brantford.

Note: The Hub in Brantford remains closed.

SU-Desk

The Students' Union U-Desk is a concierge-type service run by students for students. It provides many campus services, including being the main point of contact for the undergraduate health and dental plans, event ticket sales, and Tech Share Program.

International News

Laurier's International News retail location is proudly hosted in the Fred Nichols Campus Centre by the Students' Union.

Mail Services

For contactless and parcel delivery options, digital smart lockers are available for you to use. 

Amazon Lockers

Amazon lockers offer a method to pick up your Amazon parcels in a secured and convenient location 24/7. 

To place an order to be delivered to the lockers

  1. Within your Amazon order, select or pick up near this address under "Shipping Address."
  2. Select Pick-up here at the following location: Amazon Hub Locker – Clovis, Wilfrid Laurier University, 75 University Avenue West, Waterloo, ON, N2L 3C5. 

The location of the locker is the north-west corner of the Dr. Alvin Woods Building (DAWB). Take the path along the side of the building where the lockers are located under the overhang.

Hawk Express Intelligent Lockers (Milton Students Only)

All Milton students will have access to the Hawk Express Intelligent Lockers where they can have their parcels mailed to. Mail to the lockers are delivered on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

To pick up your package: 

  • You'll receive an email from no-reply@pb.com indicating a package is available for pick-up from a locker. 
  • Follow the directions for picking up the package in the email. 
  • Parcels must be picked up within three business days or your QR code will time out.
