In case you lose access to your primary MFA method, having additional recovery methods allows you to easily reset your password. You can set up multiple ways to recover your password:
- Authenticator App: using the authenticator app allows you to reset your password with a one-time passcode generated by the app.
- SMS Text Messages: adding your phone number will allow you to receive verification codes via text message to reset your password.
- Email: adding a personal email address as a recovery email allows you to receive verification codes via your personal email to reset your password.
- Security Questions: you can add five security questions that you can answer to reset your password.
