    Microsoft 365 Quick Tips: Keep Track of Your Day with Microsoft To Do

    WHAT IS 'TO DO'?

    To Do is a task management app that helps you organize your tasks and action items with to-do lists.

    WHY SHOULD I USE TO DO?

    • Access your lists in Outlook and Teams – To Do is integrated with other M365 apps like Outlook and Teams so you can view your messages, calendar, and to-do lists all in one place.
    • Create tasks easily from emails – Create a new task in seconds by clicking and dragging an email to the Tasks icon in Outlook or flagging the email.
    • Share your lists with others – Share lists with others and assign tasks to get more done together!

    HOW DO I ACCESS ONEDRIVE?

    • Web browser: log in to to-do.office.com with your Laurier credentials.
    • Mobile app: download and log in to the app on iOS and/or Android.
    • From Teams: use the Tasks app within Teams. Tip – pin the app for easy access.
    • From Outlook*: click on the Tasks Icon in Outlook.

    * To-Do can be accessed from Outlook on the web, Outlook for Windows, and legacy Outlook for Mac. For the new Outlook for Mac, clicking the three-dots > To Do will open the web browser version of To Do.
