Laurier’s move-in recycling program to limit cardboard waste
WATERLOO – Wilfrid Laurier University’s residence move-in recycling program will return to Laurier’s Waterloo campus and will be launched on the university’s Brantford campus for the first time this year. The program helps students recycle their cardboard and packing products during residence move-in days Sept. 4 and 5.
As part of the program, recycling bins will be added to university residence buildings. Student volunteers from the Ecohawks help to sort recycling materials on Laurier’s Waterloo campus.
