    Print | PDF

We know that life can get busy with classes, assignments, and other responsibilities, but staying consistent with activities outside of academics can help keep you grounded.

Hawk Hangouts are your weekly chance to connect, unwind, and try something new. Hosted by Student Experience at the same time each week, these drop-in events feature different themes, quick community activities, and plenty of space to simply relax and chat.

Open to all students, Hawk Hangouts are a welcoming way to meet classmates, explore new interests, and make campus feel like home.

    Why Should You participate?

    • Make friends: meet people outside your classes.
    • Low pressure: drop in for five minutes or stay the whole time.
    • Freebies and treats: snacks, games, supplies depending on the week.
    • Try something new: creative activities, food themed events, wellness moments.
    • Build belonging: small weekly routines that make campus feel like home.
