Inner Tube Water Polo

It’s like handball, but in the water—and everyone’s floating in inner tubes aka ‘donuts’. Expect lots of laughs and friendly competition as teams try to score goals while paddling around in their tubes. No experience needed—just show up and have some fun!

"Thrive on a Dime" is an interactive and engaging booth designed to start talking and laughing about how we creatively save money as university students. The Booth will have "Broke Student Hack Wall" where participants can write their funniest or most relatable money-saving hacks (eg. Free Condiments for lunch, Split Netflix account 5 ways etc).In addition, you get to Spin to Win prizes!

So much of our day is the repetition of routines and habits – let’s use that knowledge to our advantage! In this session, you’ll learn more about building positive habits that can help you to achieve your long-term goals. Take-home item: Study timer and habit tracker. Food is provided, and each session will have a small giveaway item that coincides with the weekly theme. This is workshop three of the Growing your Strengths certificate.
