Special Hours and Scheduled Closures

To schedule an appointment, drop by or give us a call. You can use our online booking tool to schedule an appointment with the chiropractor or physiotherapist and for some medical appointments with a doctor on the Waterloo campus.

The Student Wellness Centre is open during Reading Week and during the December exam period on all campuses.

Brantford

• 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Monday to Friday; and closed from 12 to 1 over lunch.

Waterloo

• Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.
• Thursday, and Friday: 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
• Tuesday October 13 to Friday October 16, 2026: 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and closed from 12 to 1 p.m.

Milton

Milton students can access services by contacting reception on the Brantford campus at 548.889.5588.

Scheduled Closures

In the Fall 2026 term, we will be closed on all campuses:

• Monday October 12, 2026 for Thanksgiving
• Thursday December 24, 2026 to Sunday January 3, 2027 for the winter break

Don't forget that the SWC is closed when the university is closed, including unexpected closures due to bad weather.  If you have an appointment schedule when the university closes for a snow day, your appointment is cancelled.  When we re-open, give us a call or drop by to reschedule your appointment.
