Special Hours and Scheduled Closures

To schedule an appointment, drop by or give us a call. You can use our online booking tool to schedule an appointment with the nurse practitioner on the Brantford campus or to schedule chiropractic and physiotherapy appointments and some medical appointments with a doctor on the Waterloo campus.

Brantford

• 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Monday to Friday

Waterloo

• Monday and Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
• Everyday from 12 to 1 p.m.: closed for lunch

Milton

Milton students can access services by contacting reception on the Brantford campus at 548.889.5588.

Scheduled Closures

In the Summer 2026 term, we will be closed on all campuses:

• Monday May 18, 2026 for Victoria Day
• Wednesday July 1, 2026 for Canada Day
• Monday August 3, 2026 for the Civic Holiday
• Wednesday September 2, 2026
• Monday September 7, 2026 for Labour Day

Don't forget that the SWC is closed when the university is closed, including unexpected closures due to bad weather.  If you have an appointment schedule when the university closes for a snow day, your appointment is cancelled.  When we re-open, give us a call or drop by to reschedule your appointment.
