Hours of Operation

If you need care when we are closed, visit our Urgent and After-Hours Care resources.

Waterloo campus:

  • M/W: 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. | T/Th/F: 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and closed from 12 to 1 over lunch

Brantford campus:


  • M-F: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

How to Make an Appointment

Drop in or call us when we are open to schedule an appointment. We are not able to schedule appointments by email.  On the Waterloo campus, we offer online booking to registered students for a limited number of medical issues.  Visit this page for more information.

What do I need to Book a Appointment?

  • You must have a valid Ontario health card, a health card from another province in Canada, or valid UHIP coverage.
  • To schedule an appointment, we require your health card number, your student ID, your address in Waterloo, and your phone number.
  • Make sure you know your schedule when you call or drop in.

What If I am Unable to Attend My Scheduled Appointment?

We require 24 hours notice of cancellation.

If you cancel your appointment on short notice or don't show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged a no-show fee. See our fees page for more information.

About the Student Wellness Centre

Laurier's Student Wellness Centres work to promote health and wellness on both the Waterloo and Brantford campuses by:

  • Creating a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental environment for all students;
  • Providing confidential, comprehensive, and collaborative physical, emotional, and mental health services that support our students needs and by facilitating referrals to ensure optimal care;
  • Working with students to prepare and empower them to be successful in their health and wellness journeys during the studies at Laurier and after.
