  • Fuelling Your Body for Physical Activity in the Athletic Complex foyer: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Smoothie bar, make-your-own trail mix station, energy balls, cookbook giveaway!

  • Overcoming Stress for Success in the SHDC: 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Drop-in with a Time Management Coach.
  • Coping with Adversity in the SHDC: 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Simple but effective strategies to help you manage and get through difficult times.
