- Nature and Forest Therapy in the Student Health and Development Centre (SHDC): noon to 1 p.m. Bring your lunch and learn the health benefits of spending time under the canopy of a living forest.
- Fuelling Your Body for Physical Activity in the Athletic Complex foyer: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Smoothie bar, make-your-own trail mix station, energy balls, cookbook giveaway!

- Overcoming Stress for Success in the SHDC: 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Drop-in with a Time Management Coach.
- Coping with Adversity in the SHDC: 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Simple but effective strategies to help you manage and get through difficult times.
- Yoga in the Multipurpose Room in the Athletic Complex: 5 to 6 p.m.

- Mental Health Check-Ups at the Delton Glebe Counselling Centre: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Farmer's Market on the Concourse: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Coping with Adversity in the SHDC: 10 to 11 a.m. Simple but effective strategies to help you manage and get through difficult times.
- Laurier Let’s Talk Day in the Athletic Complex Lobby: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Speak out about what mental health means to you.
- Friendship Bench Unveiling Ceremony in the Paul Martin Centre foyer: noon to 1 p.m. Join Bridging the Gap and the Student Wellness Centre as we unveil the Friendship Bench.
