    • Ensure you can access MS teams on your device.
    • Log onto MS Teams 5 minutes before your appointment.
    • Wait for a call from Accessible Learning - you do not need to call us.

    • Contact Laurier ICT for support with Teams or accessing your Laurier account: support@mylaurier.ca or 226-243-6393.

    Phone Appointments

Accessible Learning will call you at the phone number on file at the time of your appointment and again 10 minutes latter.

    In-Person Appointments

Students should arrive 5 minutes before the time of their appointment.

Waterloo: A receptionist will greet you and notify staff of your arrival.
Brantford: Complete the Brantford Appointment Check-In Form, which notifies staff of your arrival.

    No-Show or Cancellations

Students must cancel any scheduled appointments they cannot attend at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer this appointment to another student. Accessible Learning will automatically email rescheduling instructions to students who cancel or do not show for their appointments.
