• March 6: Late registration charge will be applied. Avoid this charge by selecting courses (including online learning) prior to this date.
• March 15: Application deadline for students requiring "Application for Admission" for part-time studies for spring term (not applicable to incoming Letter of Permission students.

• May 4-8: If you drop/withdraw from 12-week courses during this time period, no tuition charge.
• May 9-15: If you drop/withdraw during this time period, you are responsible for 10% tuition (assessed at course rate).
• May 15: Last day to add courses (including online learning).
• May 16-June 29: If you drop/withdraw during this time period, you are responsible for 55% tuition (assessed at course rate). All incidental fees are also non-refundable during this period.
• May 18: Last day to submit religious accommodations requests for coursework, tests, labs and midterms.
• May 18: Statutory holiday, no classes.

June

• June 9: Spring Convocation (Brantford Campus).
• June 15-19: Spring Convocation (Waterloo Campus).
• June 26: Accessible Learning Spring term registration deadline.
• June 29: Last day to drop 12-week spring term course(s) or withdraw without failure and possible tuition adjustment.
• June 30: Application to Graduate opens in LORIS for Fall Convocation.

• July 1: Statutory holiday, no classes.
• July 10: Accessible Learning Spring term final examination booking deadline.
• July 21: Last day to submit religious accommodation requests for Spring term final examinations.
• July 27: Make-up Monday class for May statutory holiday.
• July 28: Make-up Wednesday class for July statutory holiday; Classes end.

• July 31 – Aug 14: Final examinations - Students are advised not to make travel commitments during this time. There are no examinations scheduled on the Civic Holiday weekend (August 1, 2, 3).

August

• Aug. 1:  Application to Graduate form (without late fee) due for Fall Convocation.
• Aug. 2:  Late penalty fee applies on Application to Graduate forms received for Fall Convocation.
• Aug. 3:  Statutory holiday, no examinations scheduled over long weekend (August 1, 2, 3).
• Aug. 14: Spring term ends. 
• Aug. 30 - Sept 5: Spring term deferred examination period. An appeal for a deferred examination must be submitted to the academic unit in which the course is offered. The deferred examination dates are confirmed, if approved, in writing from the petitions committee.

6-Week Courses

Jul 6 - Jul 9: Returning Students begin to register for fall and winter courses. Access open until last day to add courses in the applicable term. When available, specific times and dates will be announced on the Enrolment Services website.

Jul 13: Faculty of Education – course selection begins at 10:00 a.m. for Year 2 students

Jul 27: Last day to register in at least one fall course without the late registration fee (including Virtual Learning)

• Sep 23: Last day to drop fall term course(s) (in programs where fees are based on course load) or withdraw from the graduate program (all graduate students) at 10% tuition charge
