    Specialization:
    PEP (Professional Experience Program)
    Co-op Experience:
16-month work term (PEP): Client Success Analyst, Data Management at TriMech
    Interests & Hobbies:
I’m passionate about philosophy, spirituality, entrepreneurship, and I’ll never turn down a friendly MMA grappling match.
    Co-op Advice to Junior Students:
Strategic networking is more than pointedly asking for referrals. It’s about fostering genuine interest and showing that to the person across from you. Authentic curiosity will open more doors than you can walk through.

    HARISH
    Program/Year: Kinesiology, 4th Year
    Co-op Experience:
Work Term 1: Summer Program Leader at Extend-A-Family
Work Term 2: Summer Program Director at Extend-A-Family
    Interests & Hobbies:
I love weightlifting, strength training, and just about any sport (especially basketball). I’ve been a Marvel fan since childhood and keep up with the MCU (still waiting for more Deadpool). My go-to eats are 4 Seasons Shawarma in Waterloo or any sushi buffet. I also enjoy spending time with friends and catching up with family.
    Co-op Advice to Junior Students:
Don’t shy away from intimidating opportunities. They often lead to the most growth. When I stepped up from Summer Program Leader to LIT Program Director at Extend-A-Family, I was nervous about the added responsibility and being the first to run the program. But it became one of my most rewarding co-op experiences, strengthening my leadership skills, building relationships, and boosting my confidence. Embrace challenges, stay open to learning, and lean on your team. You’ll grow more than you expect.

I enjoy baking, traveling, reading, board games, and spending time outdoors (hiking, cycling, or canoeing,). Every now and then, I’ll go for something a bit more intense, like ATVs or skydiving, just for the fun of it.
    Co-op Advice to Junior Students:
Co-op has it’s ups and downs, and that’s normal. Don’t stress about having everything figured out right away, take things as they come and stay open to whatever the experience brings!

Embrace challenging opportunities when they come up. Some of the most intimidating moments in my own co-ops ended up being the ones that pushed me to build new skills and strengthen relationships with my team. Invest in yourself and your career by stepping out of your comfort zone and into new experiences.
