    • Please do your best to be punctual as late attendance can be disruptive to the workshop. Participants will be admitted into the workshop within a 10- minute grace period after the start time. Beyond that time, the facilitator will no longer provide admittance.
    • Participants are encouraged to participate. You are encouraged to have your camera on throughout the workshop as this contributes to a more welcoming space for everyone. If this is uncomfortable, you are welcome to leave it off, but be prepared to participate with your microphone or by using the chat. We want to hear your perspectives and experiences!
    • It is of utmost importance that this is a safe virtual space for students to share their ideas and opinions as they relate to the workshop content. A safe space means that everyone can participate without fear of attack, ridicule, or denial of their experience. Having dialogue with different viewpoints and experiences can enrich the learning for everyone.
    • We will maintain privacy and confidentiality by respecting that everything that is said will remain within the group.
    • There will be no recording at any time during the workshop.
    • To maintain privacy and reduce distractibility, participants are expected to be in a room on their own, unless they are with other students who are also attending the workshop.
    • When expressing ideas or asking questions please stay focused on the content in the presentation.
