Registration is required for Get Connected Week events. You can register for each event by clicking on the Zoom link in the schedule below! Remember to Activate your student email and check it regularly to stay informed.
Get Connected Week events will be hosted through Zoom. Before you register and attend the events, make sure to set up and configure your Zoom account.

Building a Support Network at University from 11 a.m. - noon

Get Moving with Recreation: HIIT Class from 1 - 2 p.m.
Athletics and Recreation provide a broad range of sport and recreational activities for students. Programs include dance, group exercise, personal training and sport at both the recreational and inter-university level. During this session, get a sneak peak of our group exercise program along with a brief overview of our programs and services. Questions will be welcomed before and after the class! Register here.
