Service Desk Hours

Brantford

Location: RCE110

  • Monday to Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday – closed

Waterloo

Location: 1E4C Concourse Area

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Both locations are closed on statutory holidays and long weekends.
