The Service Desk, supported by Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) at Laurier, provides a central point of contact for information delivery, incident management and service requests for students.

Office Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Sunday: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Summer Hours (April through August): Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Note: The Service Desk is closed on statutory holidays and long weekends.
