Laurier's ICT department supports both our physical computer labs on campus as well as the virtual labs that have to support students' remote learning experiences.
Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) is a comprehensive virtual computer lab solution to support remote learning.
There are several computer labs on both Waterloo and Brantford campuses that provide a variety of software for students.
Note: As the government takes a phased approach to re-opening the province, Laurier has been working to develop a detailed and integrated plan for the resumption of university activities as permitted by provincial health guidelines.
At this time, physical computer labs are not available until further notice. For any support you require, contact support@mylaurier.ca.
All Waterloo campus labs contain the following basic software:
Public Access student computers with the ICT Lab image installed are located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of the library.
2nd Floor: 34 workstations (30 with web cameras), 3rd Floor 14 workstations (9 with web cameras), 4 the Floor 33 workstations (32 with web cameras)
