P4E Job Fair 2025

The Career Centre’s biggest employer event of the year returns this January! 

Wednesday, January 29, 2025, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Bingemans Conference Centre, Kitchener

P4E Job Fair features over 100 employers recruiting students and alumni for full-time, summer, co-op and contract jobs. Use this opportunity to network with organizations that want to meet with you – and increase your chances of securing employment. This event is particularly important for students in their final year - connect with employers now for jobs after graduation!

This event is free for Laurier students and alumni with student/alumni ID. It includes complimentary bus transportation to and from Bingeman's Conference Centre departing from the Waterloo, Brantford and Milton campuses. Drop in anytime between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. based on your class schedule.

Make your Job Fair experience a success

  1. Take note of employers attending the fair.
    With 100+ organizations represented, there are bound to be a few that catch your interest. Browse the Job Category Report to see which organizations are recruiting positions of interest. Next, research the organizations on your shortlist and prepare a few questions to ask the representatives.

  2. Attend the Job Fair Boot Camp workshop.
    Attending this workshop will provide you with your personalized Job Fair action plan. Job Fair Boot Camp is offered on January 23, 24, 27 and 28 - register in Navigator.

  3. Refresh your resumé.
    Whether you plan to hand out your resumé at the Fair or send out your resumé after making connections with employers, it's a good idea to update your resumé. Attend the Resumé Writing workshop, book a resumé critique appointment (in person or online), and find resumé tips and resources on Navigator.

  4. Get your last-minute questions answered.
    Take advantage of our same-day appointments to get quick questions answered or chat with a career consultant about a Job Fair strategy unique to your goals. On the day of the Fair, Career Centre staff will be on-site for real-time support.

Partnerships for Employment (P4E) is a partnership among University of Guelph, University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier University and Conestoga College. The partnership was created to better serve our students, alumni and employers through jointly sponsored annual Career Fairs and Job Fairs.
