Service Laurier provides front-line service on behalf of Enrolment Services, including Undergraduate Admissions, Student Accounts, Financial Aid and OSAP, Student Awards, Records and Registration.
We are focused on supporting current students through the entire student lifecycle from initial inquiry through to convocation.

Under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA), university faculty and staff are prohibited from discussing, changing, or divulging a student or applicant’s personal information (including grades, class attendance, information about course progress, and application status) with anyone other than the student. Please have the student contact us directly.
All Virtual Appointments are booked online and released one week in advance.

Financial Hold
Financial holds are the most common hold type and are applied when a student has failed to pay tuition and fees by the invoice deadline.
To request a temporary financial hold lift due to an urgent circumstance, submit proof of payment. Urgent circumstances include: obtaining official documents (Verification of Enrolment, transcripts, letters, and forms) and adding a class before the last day to add each term. Non-urgent requests will not be processed; the financial hold will be fully cleared when payment is received on LORIS (approximately 2 - 3 business days).
Holds issued by campus partners (library, parking, athletics, wellness centre, etc.) will need to be paid to the campus partner directly. Holds can be viewed by logging into LORIS > Student Services > Student Records > View Holds.
