Under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA), university faculty and staff are prohibited from discussing, changing, or divulging a student or applicant’s personal information (including grades, class attendance, information about course progress, and application status) with anyone other than the student. Please have the student contact us directly.

All virtual appointments are booked online and released one week in advance.
A Service Laurier Advisor is the best way for current students or alumni to connect with our Enrolment Services team, including student accounts, financial aid and OSAP, student awards, records and registration.
A Prospective Student Specialist helps with complex undergraduate admission inquiries related to education from multiple curriculums, academic upgrading and impact on admissions or offers, transfer students, etc. General inquiries should be directed to chooselaurier@wlu.ca.
We kindly ask that you limit appointments to once per week to ensure fair access to all students across our campuses. If you have scheduled multiple appointments within a week, Service Laurier reserves the right to cancel all subsequent bookings after your initial appointment.
In-person drop-in is available on a first-case basis, for general or urgent inquiries.
To arrange document or transcript pick-up outside of these hours but within university operational hours, email documents@wlu.ca (24 hours' notice is required).
