Service Laurier provides front-line service on behalf of Enrolment Services. We are focused on supporting current students through the entire student lifecycle from initial inquiry through to convocation.

We are a multi-campus department with two locations at the Waterloo and Brantford campuses.  Service Laurier supports students with all Enrolment Services related questions. We strive to provide an exceptional customer service experience. We encourage you to try out our bot SeLa or explore the Service Laurier website for answers to many of your questions.

Service Update: Friday, October 15, 2021 - Phone Service Closed

Our phone service hours of operation for September are: Monday - Thursday 9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Friday 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (closed for lunch hour 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.)  Hours may vary depending on volumes.

Appointments are booked online and are released one week in advance.  Each appointment time is available for a virtual appointment or an in-person appointment. 

  • Our booking platform works best in Chrome.
  • Ensure you do not use auto-populating for filling out the form as this may cause errors.
  • Service Laurier has three calendars for bookings:
    • Calendar I - Virtual (Student - Any Campus) or In Person Waterloo Campus
    • Calendar II - Virtual (Student - Any Campus) or In Person Waterloo Campus
    • Calendar III - Virtual (Student - Any Campus) or In Person Brantford Campus

Protecting Student Privacy

Due to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA), Service Laurier is unable to disclose specific information regarding a student’s account without their consent. Students are not able to give blanket permission for faculty or staff to share personal information with a parent or third party with the exception of financial information. LORIS Proxy Access allows students to give access to invoice and account summary information with a parent or third party.
