Service Laurier

Service Laurier provides front-line service on behalf of Enrolment Services, including Undergraduate Admissions, Student Accounts, Financial Aid and OSAP, Student Awards, Records and Registration.

We aim to provide equitable service across all campuses, allowing students to connect with us from where they are rather than where we are through our chatbot, virtual appointments, webform, and phone. In-person drop-in is the only campus-specific service modality available at the Waterloo and Brantford campuses.

We are focused on supporting current students through the entire student lifecycle from initial inquiry through to convocation.

Notice About Financial Holds

Financial holds are the most common hold type and are applied when a student has failed to pay tuition and fees by the invoice deadline.

If you have a financial hold, find more information and next steps on the Holds page.

For our Statement of Financial Responsibility, visit the Tuition and Fees page.
