Service Laurier provides front-line service on behalf of Enrolment Services. We are focused on supporting current students through the entire student lifecycle from initial inquiry through to convocation.

Due to COVID-19, Service Laurier has shifted to a virtual environment and our in-person service is closed until further notice.

We are a multi-campus department with two locations at the Waterloo and Brantford campuses.  Service Laurier supports students with all Enrolment Services related questions by phone and email. We strive to provide an exceptional customer service experience. We encourage you to explore the Service Laurier website for answers to many of your questions. Unfortunately, we are unable to support inquiries through Microsoft Teams as inquiries are addressed from a queue in priority sequence. We appreciate your understanding.

Submit all inquiries related to your academic record, financial account and financial support by email to servicelaurier@wlu.ca.  

Due to a higher then normal volume of email, phone service will be unavailable September 14 – 18 to allow Advisors to address email inquiries.

Protecting Student Privacy

Due to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA), Service Laurier is unable to disclose specific information regarding a student’s account without their consent. Students are not able to give blanket permission for faculty or staff to share personal information with a parent or third party with the exception of financial information. LORIS Proxy Access allows students to give access to invoice and account summary information with a parent or third party.
