The OneCard is your multipurpose student photo identification card. It’s one of the most important pieces of identification you will have while at Laurier.

The OneCard office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. These hours are subject to change if the provincial government mandates.

Your OneCard Works Like A…

  • debit card
  • meal card
  • convenience card (deposits optional)
  • print card (The Hub or with PaperCut)
  • library card
  • gym card
  • access card to residences or labs
  • bus pass (full-time students only, 2.0 or more credits per semester)* Due to COVID-19 campus closures bus pass policies have changed. Visit the respective transit sites for information on obtaining a student pass.

Your OneCard…

  • Saves you money: Residence meal plans are subject to HST exemptions as set out by Revenue Canada guidelines (Waterloo campus).
  • Is flexible and convenient: You can personalize your meal plan by putting as much money as you want into your account. Keeps track of how much you spend and on what.
  • Is safe: If your card is lost or stolen, your account balance is protected from the time you report your card missing.
  • Carry Forward balances are available for use until enrolment expires.
  • *Bus Pass: The bus pass fee must be on Loris for the current semester for GRT/Brantford Transit bus access with the OneCard.
  • Fall 2020 Update: Due to COVID-19 campus closures bus pass policies have changed. Visit the respective transit sites for information on obtaining a student pass.

Note: Meal Plan Flex balances are not refundable, but will "carry forward" to be used next year at all the same on campus food and coffee locations.
