OneCard
The OneCard is your multipurpose student photo identification card. It’s one of the most important pieces of identification you will have while at Laurier.
Pick-Up Information
Residence Students
Residence students will receive their OneCard on move-in day at residence check-in.
Off-Campus Students
Students living off-campus can now pick up their OneCards!
Brantford
- Pick-up location: Stedman Community Bookstore, Research and Academic Centre-West (entrance off Dalhousie Street). See the map for reference.
- Dates and times: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Waterloo
- Pick-up location: The OneCard office, Arts building, lower concourse, down the ramp from the Bookstore. See the map for reference.
- Dates and times: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

- print card (The Hub or with PaperCut)

- access card to residences or labs
- bus pass (full-time students only, 2.0 or more credits per semester)* Due to COVID-19 campus closures bus pass policies have changed. Visit the respective transit sites for information on obtaining a student pass.
