Compliments and Complaints

All compliments and complaints are filed online using the Compliments and Complaints Form. Once submitted, the Laurier Special Constable Service will confirm receiving your form.

All complaints will be thoroughly reviewed by either the Laurier Special Constable Service, Wilfrid Laurier University or Waterloo Regional Police. 

Reporting a Crime

For all non-emergency reports of crime, call 519-885-3333 or email dispatch@wlu.ca.

You can also report a crime online. The types of crimes that can be reported online:

• Are not in progress;
• Include no injuries to you or to others;
• Concern lost/missing property under $5,000; and
• Concern damage to property under $5,000.

For all on-campus emergencies, call 519-885-3333 or 911.

TTY Number

The TTY (TDD) number for individuals who are Deaf or hard of hearing to contact the Special Constable Service is 548-558-1940, which can be used from any external phone.
