Global Engagement Staff Listing
Learn more about the Global Engagement team! We are here to provide you with intercultural learning opportunities and to answer any questions you have about student mobility.
I work on Laurier’s Waterloo campus supporting student mobility programs including faculty-led programs abroad, and international internships. I support incoming exchange students to Laurier. I also facilitate International at Home programs including the Intercultural Certificate, and have acted as the staff advisor for the WUSC Local Committee for the past eight years. As a recent graduate of Laurier’s Social Justice and Community Engagement (MA) program I can relate to the challenges and rewards of student life!

I have been working in post-secondary international education for over 18 years developing and supporting international mobility programs, International at Home programs, international project management and international travel risk management.
At Laurier, I manage the Global Engagement Unit, which supports our community to be engaged and aware citizens of an increasingly complex world by engaging Laurier students in experiential learning to build meaningful relationships across cultural differences; value the importance of diverse perspectives; and possess a heightened awareness and curiosity of global matters. We are committed to the transformative potential of international and intercultural education to graduate global citizens.
