Bookable Study Spaces

Waterloo and Brantford Campuses

All room booking requests are made via the online booking form:

We require two to five working days depending on term volumes, to process your request. Incomplete requests will be returned for further information.

The 4.10 Booking of University Space and Facilities policy applies to all university space and facilities.

Please note the following:

  • Clubs and Associations wishing to book the Paul Martin Centre or Senate and Board Chamber must submit their request through the Student Union to Kara Mosburger.
  • Not all activities are permitted in specific university venues.
  • Some buildings and specific rooms have time restrictions.

How To Log In

You are required to log in to access the room booking forms. To do so, enter your MyLaurier username and password. This login information is the same as your MyLearningSpace, email or LORIS. If you are unsure what your username and password are, contact the ICT Service Desk at

Toronto Office

Laurier Toronto offers bookable spaces to students such as office space, conference and meeting space, as well as event space. These spaces are available weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Bookings can be made Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m. by contacting

Multimedia Classrooms

Most multimedia classrooms at the Waterloo and Brantford campuses are available for the Laurier community to book by submitting a Waterloo or Brantford room booking form. Please consult the list of centrally bookable classrooms to find a space that suits your needs. 

Note: Active Learning Classrooms and Lazaridis Hall are not available for student bookings 

If you have any questions about using the media classrooms you can contact the ICT Service Desk:

  • From Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 519.884.0710 x4357;
  • From Monday to Thursday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at 519.884.0710 x2222; and
  • On Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at 519.884.0710 x2222.

Each classroom has an average multimedia console.

Note: If a cabinet door is locked, there is nothing in the cabinet that is available to you.
