Virtual Workshops
You have access to a suite of online workshops geared towards your academic success. These workshops will help you build essential skills and develop your knowledge in important areas like:
- virtual learning strategies

- group work fundamentals
- study strategies for quizzes, midterms and finals

One-on-One Appointments
One-on-one appointments focused on learning and study skills, writing, and mathematics and statistics are offered virtually and can be booked through the Student Success Portal.

Academic Integrity

Accessible Learning
If you are a student with accommodation requirements, the Accessible Learning Centre (ALC) is accepting applications for new students to Laurier or current students new to using the ALC's services. Visit the ALC registration page to learn more about the application process.
Credit Conversion Option
The approved credit conversion process allows you to convert up to 0.5 credits (typically, one course) from a passing letter grade to a credit (CR) format. This option can be chosen for a course where you have earned a passing grade. Any course in which there is a finding of academic misconduct is not eligible for conversion to CR.
The following terms were approved for the conversion to CR:
- Winter 2021: Window is open from May 3 at 12:01 p.m. to May 10 at 11:59 p.m.
- Fall 2020: Conversion window is closed.
- Spring 2020: Conversion window is closed.
- Winter 2020: Conversion window is closed.
Laurier Library
Although all Laurier campus library facilities are currently closed, all online resources and services, including a wide range of electronic collections, are accessible:

- subject research guides
- Library help videos
Subject Librarians will be available to provide assistance for research help to students (find your librarian by subject).
All loaned materials will have their due dates extended accordingly and no fines will be charged for overdue materials.
