Congratulations and welcome, Golden Hawk! From the time you accept your offer until the first week of classes and beyond, we're here for you. 

Laurier 101 is a campus-wide program that provides exclusive content to you and your supporters to prepare you for the time you'll spend at Laurier both inside and outside of the classroom.

We'll assist you with the course registration process, show you how to navigate the world of remote learning and help you understand what it's like to be a student in the Laurier community. Stay connected and stay golden as you prepare. We're so excited to meet you.

December Checklist

Submit final transcripts to admissions.

Register for winter term courses.

Activate your mylaurier email.

Activate your Laurier Zoom account.

Upload your picture for your OneCard photo.

Apply for OSAP.

Purchase textbooks and course materials.

January Checklist

Pay tuition fees (due Jan. 11).

Opt-into the health and dental plan.

Attend a LOCUS community meeting or event.

Check out student clubs and events offered by the Students' Union.

Get a head start on preparing for classes by completing the Academic Preparation Certificate found in your Laurier Life course on MyLearningSpace.

Upgrade your study skills, brush up on academic writing techniques, and learn about the importance of Academic Integrity on your way to becoming a successful university student.

Laurier Life (LL101) is your exclusive guide to all things Laurier as you prepare for a successful first year. This platform gives you the opportunity to chat with other first year students, gain insights on how to manage your classes, find out how to access campus supports, and learn how to join campus clubs and activities.
