We know you have questions and we've got answers! Our info sessions cover topics including financial supports, getting involved on campus, and pre-arrival considerations for international students!
Orientation at Laurier is a long-standing tradition that kick-starts your time as a Golden Hawk. Orientation 2026 information will be available over the summer. Follow @yourstudentsunion on Instagram for more updates and information!
If you’re a self-identified Indigenous student, we’d love to have you also join us for SEEDs, our Indigenous Student Orientation event at Laurier!
It’s a great way to meet other Indigenous students, explore campus, and get ready for the year ahead. Each Orientation includes fun community-building activities, campus tours, and helpful workshops on writing, time management, and budgeting strategies.
Join the Laurier 101 team this July for a Campus Experience Day! This half-day event is designed to give you a feel for life at Laurier before starting classes in September. You’ll hear from current students, explore campus on a guided tour, and learn more about how to find your community on campus – even if putting yourself out there feels a little nerve-wracking.
You belong here, and we can’t wait to show you around!
Want help navigating campus before Fall 2026 classes begin? Sign up for a tour in August to discover the best study spaces on campus, learn about campus departments and resources, and ask questions to a fellow Golden Hawk.
Tours will run for the month of August and are first come, first serve. You must register for a tour to attend.
Our campus partners are here to provide you with academic, social and wellness supports, so that you can focus on what matters most – thriving at Laurier and having a great university experience!
