Instructional Assistant Application Form: Biology

Complete this application form to be an instructional assistant (IA) in the Department of Biology.

In order to apply as an instructional assistant, a minimum grade of B is required.

Note: Year 1 and Year 2 students are excluded from this position.

The submission deadline, by term, are as follows: Fall-July 31; Winter-Nov. 15; Spring/Summer-April 15.
