Financial coaching focuses on improving the financial behaviour and habits. A financial coach serves as a facilitator and provides support as you assess your financial situation and develop a plan of action.

Schedule an Appointment

To schedule a financial coaching appointment please email moneymanagement@wlu.ca. Appointments are generally 30 minutes in length and are available over the phone or in person at Service Laurier.

What to Expect

You will be meeting with Laurier’s financial literacy specialist in a one-on-one setting. Your appointment will consist of an assessment of your current financial situation and you will work with a coach to create a personalized plan of action to achieve your financial goals. It is our aim to equip you with tangible action items that you can implement moving forward.

Before your appointment, you will be contacted to complete a brief intake form to help our specialist prepare for your appointment and when you arrive for your appointment, you will be requested to complete a brief assessment form for training and improvement purposes.
