Core Sciences is a year one foundational pathway (or alternative offer) designed to help you prepare to transfer to a Faculty of Science Honours program for Year Two. Core Sciences students may explore science disciplines of interest, such as Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Geography and Psychology, as well as general electives, prior to declaring a program.
Note: Core Sciences is not a program of study from which you can graduate.

Appointments with the Academic Integrity and Accommodations Coordinator, Denise Cooney, are available to undergraduate students with questions or concerns regarding:
- academic misconduct - warnings, formal notifications, findings and penalties
- academic integrity - resources and information, understanding university policies related to academic integrity
- accommodations - temporary requests

Undergraduate students may appeal, to their home faculty, any decision made by an individual or body acting in the name of the university if the decision affects your academic standing and you believe it was made unfairly or you believe you should receive an exception to the rules due to etenuating circumstances.
