    Upper Year Residence, Brantford Campus

At the Brantford campus, the Department of Residence is excited to announce we are opening two upper year residence communities.

    Flexible Residence Contracts are Available

Senior and graduate students can choose to apply for four-, eight- or 12-month terms.

Residence will be guaranteed to students who wish to live in upper year residence for the duration of their undergrad as long as their residence application is submitted by the stated deadline for each subsequent academic term.

    Where You'll Live

These senior/graduate student communities will be accommodated in Expositor Place. In this residence building, most of the apartment units house 3 or 4 students. All students within the apartment unit are assigned their own bedroom, and share the common areas (kitchen, living room and washrooms).

    Choose Your Roommate(s)

Students can apply to live in these communities as a group, a pair or a single student by completing the roommate groups section within the residence application. Students and roommate groups are assigned to apartments with other senior or graduate student roommates through a lottery process.

    How to Apply

Students interested in applying for upper year residence should email the Brantford Residence Office.
