Meal Plans

Whether you’re dining on campus in Waterloo or exploring the local culinary scene of Brantford, we offer meal plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students at our campuses.

Any student at Laurier can purchase a meal plan; however, all students living in a residence are required to participate in a mandatory meal or convenience plan.

Waterloo Meal Plans

Dormitory-style residence students can choose from a five- or seven-day All Access Meal Plan. These plans provide unlimited access to the Fresh Food Company (FFCo.), OneCard flex dollars to enjoy other on campus locations as well as guest passes for visitors.

Apartment-style residence students are assigned a flex dollar declining balance meal plan. OneCard flex dollars can be used to dine on campus at any food service location on campus.

Brantford Meal Plans

Students living in residence may choose to purchase a convenience plan.

The convenience plan allows students to use their funds at numerous participating food vendor locations throughout the Brantford community, both on- and off-campus locations: 

  • Chinese Sisters, 120 Colborne St.
  • Boston Pizza, 50 Market St.
  • Sunset Grill, 50 Market St. 
  • Nine North, 86 Dalhousie St. 
  • The Works Burger Bistro, 80 Dalhousie St. 
  • Gino's Pizza, 63 Brant Ave. 
  • The Belmont, 1 Market St. 

Convenience dollars do not expire at the end of a term and will continue to be available beyond first year. The OneCard is a safe and easy method of payment.

Convenience plans are optional. Students who choose not to purchase a convenience plan may deposit funds onto their OneCard at any time by accessing their OneCard account online.

The following three convenience plans are available for the 2025/26 academic year, pending board approval:

  • Comfort Plan: $680 per term
  • Study Plan: $565 per term
  • Welcome Plan: $480 per term
